In order to implement ICT career-focused curicula integrating core and industry-specific technical and soft skills, engagement of the whole school community is imperative. This includes faculty members and parents. AWARE 2 Core Program Elements: Work Ready Now! + Work-Based Learning+ Weekend Boot Camps, each gives everyone the privilege to create an environment suitable for students to scale their capacity forward to digital economy. The introduction of this project benefits the students of Panghulo NHS as it builds greater opportunity to Senior High School students under the TVL or Technical-Vocational-Livelihood strands, specially the incoming Grade 12 learners. The partner companies are committed in providing exposure to work-related experiences to Panghulonians on their immersion.
